Apple may discontinue the 256GB MacBook Neo model as rising DRAM prices and higher manufacturing costs affect production, according to analyst Tim Culpan. The laptop currently starts at $599 (roughly Rs. 56,600) in the US and Rs. 69,900 in India. Apple has reportedly doubled its MacBook Neo production target to 10 million units after strong demand exceeded expectations. The company is also said to be ordering fresh A18 Pro chips from TSMC for the next production cycle while suppliers work to reduce delivery delays.
