Google has introduced an upgraded migration system in Android 17 that makes switching from an iPhone to an Android phone easier. The new built-in tool supports wireless transfer of additional data, including Google Account details, saved passwords, Wi-Fi credentials and eSIM information, alongside existing content such as photos, contacts and messages. The feature is rolling out to select Pixel devices and Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip 8 and Galaxy Z Fold 8, with wider Android support planned for the future.
